Payments accepted by all major credit cards Visa Debit , Delta, Visa electron, Mastercard Debit, Mastercard, Uk Maestro, American Express, Apple pay, Paypal, Klanra, and Sloane Fox Gift Card.



All transactions are processed via Shopify payments or Paypal and are encrypted for your safety.

All payments must be made before your order is dispatched. 

The actual price charged to overseas customers will be changed subject to the exchange rate applied by the customers credit or debit card company.

 Pop Up & Event Returns Policy 

All customers are made aware unless items are faulty we only offer exchange on fur items.

If the fit is not right, we are happy to accept returns on garments which are unworn and still fitted with the security tags and labels within 10 days of receipt by you. This does not comply with bespoke items they are non refundable.

It is important to be aware shipping costs are not covered by ourselves, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking number ID. 

Our return instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery makes sending it back hassle free. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 10 days of receipt.

For any reason you don't have this sheet -just send us over an email at SALES@SLOANEFOX.CO and we’ll be happy to help you. 

When filling out the sheet, please make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange if eligible.

Some items are not eligible for a return or refund items sold in the outlet section are non refundable. 

Pre order items exchange only

Bespoke & pre order furs non returnable exchange will be offered. 

Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 14-working days of receiving the item. 

Card refunds may take up to 18 business days  for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary, depending on the bank, so it's advisable to contact them for any further info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this. 

We’re happy to process store credit refunds and these will be displayed as a code in your email inbox. This will be made available immediately after 2-3 days of processing.

Credit notes can only be used in our online store.


Sometimes the fit isn’t right, and we are happy to accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security ribbons and labels. This applies to certain items dispatched to us within 10 days of receipt t bespoke is not included in this.

Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process if we have in stock it could be up to 2 week, plus the delivery time. Please note shipping costs are not covered ourselves when sent back. Luckily, our return instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery makes sending it back hassle free. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 10 days of receipt and identify which item you would like replaced.

Mislaid your returns sheet? Don’t panic. Just send us over an email to SALES@SLOANEFOX.CO

Feel free to be picky. You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge. We offer 1 exchange for every item.

If you want to treat yourself even more and the replacement costs extra, a gift card will need to be purchased for the difference. Please let us know if you have made the purchase at SALES@SLOANEFOX.CO

If the replacement is less expensive than the original, don’t worry. We’ll make sure the difference is refunded back to your original payment methods. Alternatively, you may refund the original item and then purchase the new, lower-priced item.

Pre - order, outlet and furs garments are non returnable.

Sale Items

We can only refund returned sale items by credit note for use on our online store.

Outlet sale items are exchange only


Late Returns

We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned.

Event Purchases 

Please note, as stated at events a little reminder all items purchased at events are non refundable, we set show prices which is considered accordingly to our pop up allowing customers have an opportunity to see and try the high quality of our items, they have the option to purchase at the event or order online. 

Carriers to Return

Use your local post office with a signed-for service and ask for a tracking number so you can follow your return. Or book online with a carrier but ensure you have a tracking number. Bigger items we advised UPS or DPD

Shipping Information

We have free Standard delivery over £200 operates weekdays Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm. To ensure you get all your goods before the weekend, please place your order by Tuesday to receive by Friday at the latest. Next day deliver closes at 1pm  day of order. 

All UK orders take approx. 2-3 working days, however if your item is located in a different warehouse it can take up to 14 working days.
