We hope you love your Sloane Fox purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Bespoke (custom-made) items
- Real Skin Items Shearling, Suede, Fur items (exchange only, subject to availability)
- Pop-up purchases, which are sold as seen and are non-refundable
Exchanges
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receipt
- Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns
- Exchanges are subject to availability
International Orders & Brexit Charges
For orders shipped outside the UK, Sloane Fox is not responsible for any customs charges, import duties, VAT, or Brexit-related fees imposed by the destination country.
Returns resulting from unpaid customs charges, refused deliveries, or import fees will not be accepted. Any shipping costs, duties, or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
